| LIABILITY AGREEMENT
This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this Company for the hire of limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the limousine during the course of time.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, full payment is due prior to service date. Cancellation of service requires notice of 24 hrs for sedan, 7 days for stretch limousine and Bus reservations. Cancellation and no show charge is subject to the entire amount. There are no refunds or discounts for early release of the vehicle. The rate presented to you prior to your trip is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time or additional services may change your rate. All Prom reservations are final no cancellation no refund. |
